1. Program Purpose

The MAS Priority Program is a preferred client membership designed to provide eligible members with priority scheduling, preferred pricing, drywall condition checks, maintenance recommendations, and professional drywall-related support.

3. Membership Term

Membership is based on a 12-month program term, even when billed monthly.

Monthly billing does not convert the program into a month-to-month benefit abuse option. Benefits are designed for active long-term members.

MAS Building Group reserves the right to deny, pause, or terminate membership benefits if the program is used for short-term discount abuse, immediate inspection requests, or cancellation after receiving high-value benefits without completing the required term.

4. Benefit Activation

Certain membership benefits require an active paid membership period before becoming available.

Priority Scheduling

Priority scheduling becomes available immediately after membership activation and successful payment.

Member Discounts

Member discounts become available after 30 consecutive days of active paid membership.

Annual Drywall Condition Check

Annual drywall condition checks become available after 90 consecutive days of active paid membership.

Property Owner Pro Second Inspection

For Property Owner Pro members, the second annual drywall condition check becomes available after 180 consecutive days of active paid membership.

Membership benefits apply only while the account is active, paid, and in good standing.

5. Priority Scheduling

Priority scheduling means MAS Building Group will make reasonable efforts to schedule active members before non-members when availability allows.

Priority scheduling does not guarantee:

• Same-day service
• Emergency response
• After-hours service
• Immediate dispatch
• Specific appointment availability
• Guaranteed project start date

All scheduling is subject to crew availability, project location, material availability, access to the property, weather conditions, jobsite readiness, and other operational factors.

6. Drywall Condition Checks

Drywall condition checks are visual walkthroughs intended to identify visible drywall-related conditions such as cracks, damaged areas, texture issues, corner damage, ceiling concerns, or areas recommended for repair.

Drywall condition checks are not:

• Engineering inspections
• Structural inspections
• Mold inspections
• Moisture inspections
• Insurance inspections
• Code inspections
• Permit inspections
• Warranty investigations
• Destructive testing
• Guarantee of hidden conditions

MAS Building Group may provide a digital photo report with general recommendations based on visible conditions only.

Any repair work must be quoted and approved separately unless specifically stated in writing.

Eligible membership services may include:

• Drywall repair
• Drywall patching
• Taping
• Finishing

Membership does not authorize MAS Building Group to perform work without a separate approved estimate, change order, work order, or service agreement.

11. Payment

Membership fees may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.

Payments must remain current to maintain active membership benefits.

If payment fails, membership benefits may be paused, suspended, or cancelled.

MAS Building Group is not responsible for providing membership benefits during periods of failed payment, expired cards, disputed charges, incomplete payment, or suspended account status.

12. Early Cancellation

Membership is based on a 12-month program term.

If a member cancels before completing the 12-month term after using membership benefits, MAS Building Group may charge an early cancellation fee or recover the standard value of benefits already used.

MAS Building Group may charge the lesser of the applicable early cancellation fee, the value of benefits already used, or the remaining balance of the membership term, depending on the situation and applicable written agreement.

14. No Refunds After Benefits Are Used

Membership payments are non-refundable once membership benefits have been used, including but not limited to priority scheduling, discounts, inspections, reports, walkthroughs, or preferred estimate services.

Annual membership fees are non-refundable once benefits have been used, unless MAS Building Group approves otherwise in writing.

15. Property Limitations

Membership applies only to the property or properties listed under the selected plan.

Additional properties require approval and may require additional monthly or annual fees.

Property Owner Pro includes up to two approved properties unless otherwise stated in writing.

16. Access to Property

The member is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.

If MAS Building Group arrives for a scheduled visit and cannot access the property, the visit may be considered used, or a trip fee may apply.

17. Service Area

Membership benefits apply only within MAS Building Group’s approved service area.

Service outside the standard service area may be declined or may require additional travel charges.

18. No Warranty Extension

This membership does not extend, replace, modify, or create any project warranty, manufacturer warranty, workmanship warranty, statutory warranty, or legal warranty obligation.

Any warranty related to a specific project must be stated separately in the applicable project contract, estimate, invoice, or warranty document.

19. No Insurance or Guarantee

The MAS Priority Program is not insurance.

It does not cover property damage, water damage, mold, structural movement, building defects, tenant damage, accidental damage, misuse, natural disasters, or hidden conditions.

The program does not guarantee that drywall damage will not occur.

20. Program Changes

MAS Building Group may update membership pricing, benefits, terms, service areas, or program structure with written notice.

Existing members may be given notice before changes apply to their active membership term.

21. Termination by MAS Building Group

MAS Building Group may terminate or refuse membership if:

• Payment fails
• The member abuses the program
• The member requests services outside the agreement
• The property is unsafe
• The member is verbally abusive or threatening
• The service location is outside the approved area
• Conditions make service unreasonable or unsafe
• The membership is being used for one-time benefit abuse

22. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing, renewing, or using the MAS Priority Program, the member agrees to these terms and acknowledges that the membership provides access, priority, eligible discounts, and condition checks only as described in this agreement.

For paid online memberships, acceptance may be completed electronically through checkout, payment confirmation, digital form submission, or written acknowledgment.

Member-specific information, including member name, property address, selected plan, start date, and payment status, will be recorded at the time of enrollment.

MAS Building Group may request additional written confirmation, signed documentation, or a separate service agreement when required for commercial accounts, multi-property memberships, custom plans, or special service arrangements.
